We have several different pricing option.  The pricing for the professional version is different then the pricing for the personal version.

The personal version of the app is only available with a rental.

The free trial lasts indefinitely. With the free trial each event is limited to 25 photos and all photo have a Snapifeye watermark on them.

Interactions: The number of Twitter mentions, Retweets and Facebook stories created for the profiles connected to this Group. Impressions: Combined number of potential users that saw any content associated with the Twitter & Facebook profiles connected to this Group. Unique Users: The number of people who interacted with the Twitter profiles or Facebook Pages in this Group.

Snapifeye has a feature called “Twitter Stealth Mode”. With this feature photos only show up in a timeline when someone re-shares the photo. Then only their followers see that photo. Your followers will not be flooded with photos in their timeline.

 

On Facebook, Snapifeye can post all of your photos to an album so it appears as one post on your timeline. When people tag themselves or share a picture this picture is displayed to all of their friends. Even if you post 100 photos it will only appear as one post on your Facebook timeline. Here’s an example of what an event will look like on your Facebook time line.

The number of photos posted at an event depends on the number of photobooths / photographers and the number of people at the event. On average, at an event with 300+ people a photographer can post between 10 and 50 photos an hour.

What is the standard waiver? / How do I enter a custom waiver2019-03-12T15:13:01-05:00

The default terms are as follows.

“I and/or my child(ren) are voluntary participants in events organized by (Name of Organization) Enterprises and its affiliates (“Name of Organization”). I understand that I and/or my child(ren) will be photographed and/or videotaped while participating in the events and (Name of Organization) may wish to use the photographs and/or videos including my and/or my child(ren)’s name, voice and/or likeness (“Publicity Information”) in media products promoting (Name of Organization). I hereby grant to (Name of Orgnaization), its agents, assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the world-wide right to use or otherwise commercially exploit my and/or my child(ren)’s Publicity Information, alone or with other materials, in media products including but not limited to newsletters, photo displays, promotional materials, television spots, social media sites, websites, and videos promoting (Name of Organization). I hereby release (Name of Organization) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action including but not limited to claims of defamation and infringement of the rights of publicity or privacy in the use by (Name of Organization) of my and/or my child(ren)’s Publicity Information. I have read this release and I understand its contents and intend to be legally bound hereby.”

 

In your event under the “Data  Collection” tab when you turn the “Photo Waiver” option to “Yes”  a box appears underneath. If you want to enter your own terms add them here and they will override the default terms.

How do you opt-in for a promotion? Can we get consent to use the photos?2019-03-12T15:13:08-05:00

Turn on the photo waiver popup. You can find this option inside of your event in the “Data Collection” tab. This option required a signature and before an image is shared.  The user can sign with their finger and the signature is securely stored on our server. This feature is great for contesting or gathering legal permission to use the photos. You can use our standard waiver or provide your own.

In addition, there is a separate “on/off” switch where fans can opt-in to receive marketing material. You can edit the language on this switch so you could user it for photo permission as well.

My branded frames does not appear in the app.2019-03-12T15:13:22-05:00

Branded frames are a feature only for Professional accounts.  If you have a personal rental you need to contact us to upgrade to get this feature.

If you have a Professional account….

You need to attach a frame to your event.
1)Go to http://dashboard.snapifeye.com
2)Go into your event
3)Scroll down to the “Select Branding” section.
4)Select a frame (make sure it has an orange boarder around it)
5)The click the “update frames button”
6)Close and re-open the app.

How does Snapifeye drive people to our website?2019-03-12T15:13:31-05:00

Snapifeye’s photo retrevial widget can be embeded into your website. When people go to retrieve their photo they will be taken to your page to get it. Instructions here

Also, you can add links to you site in the “caption field” or the “text message” field. When people share your social post these links get shared.

Snapifeye generates a large audience because it makes it easy for people to advocate for your brand. Each time someone re-shares a photo it is seen by their friends even if their friends do not follow your brand. How do I print photos using Snapifeye?2019-03-12T15:14:46-05:00

It is available in both photographer mode and photo booth mode. In order to use this feature you must have a printer that support AirPrint. We recommend that Cannon Selphy CP1200.

Printing Instructions
At https://dashboard.snapifeye.com visit the `Camera and Printer Options`
Turn `Offer Printing` to `Yes`
Make sure your printer supports AirPrint.
Connect your printer and mobile device to the same wi-fi network. Make sure the wifi network is password protected otherwise you may have issues with AirPrint
On the share screen press the dark blue `Print` button, then find your printer and press print.

Snapifeye can post pictures to a Facebook Page, Twitter, Instagram, your website website or a Snapifeye Microsite.

Website

Photos can be posted to a premade Snapifeye Microsite. From here users can share their photo to several different social media sites. Here’s an example.

Facebook

Snapifeye can also post photos directly to your brands Facebook page. On Facebook, Snapifeye posts all of your photos to an album so it appears as one post on your timeline. Twitter

Snapifeye can post photos directly to Twitter in photographer mode. We use something we refer to as “Twitter Stealth Mode”.  With this feature photos only show up in a timeline when someone re-shares the photo. Then only their followers see that photo. Your followers will not be flooded with photos in their timeline.

Instagram

Snapifeye can also post photos to Instagram in photographer mode. To do this you need to have Instagram installed on your mobile device. Once you share a popup appears and you need to click on Instagram.  Your photo is ported over and your caption is copied. However, you will need to post your caption. To do this click in the text box and hold, then select the “paste” option.

How do I make a branded filter / frame?2019-03-12T15:18:59-05:00

We typically make these in Photoshop or Canvas. If you need a branded frame for your event we help you too. The frames should be 1000×1000 PNG files. Make sure the image is transparent where you want the photo to show. Check out our blog post on Photo Booth Branding for examples and templates.
